Madrasah Head Leadership Strategy: Research Madrasah’s Implementation At State Islamic Junior High School of 2 Sukoharjo

This study aims to analyze the strategy and leadership style of madrasah principals at MTsN 2 Sukoharjo implementation research madrasahs Sukoharjo. The problems raised include a) how a glance about in Research Madrasa Pioneer; b) what is principal Sukoharjo; c) madrasas d) are supporters obstacles for implementing uses qualitative approach with qualitative-descriptive type research. data obtained came from primary through brief online interview secondary literature review analysis by reading & analyzing various sources such as journals, articles, books, etc. results this indicate that reality has not been fully supported adequate educators. principal's supporting carried out fostering educator performance, supervising coaching affirming discipline, providing motivation. head madrasa democratic style, where approaches himself educators, staff, students.
